Have you ever heard this quote? Don't make promises you can't keep.

It is okay to say no and you can't say yes to everybody all the time. Try saying “I can't do that right now but if things change I will let you know”. See that way you are not saying no and you're not saying yes but you're still coming across as being proactive and a team player.

It's about practicing and honing fundamentals in order to improve our lives. Health, wealth and relationships. I would like to concentrate on one example here and examine the ability to perform on a skill basis.

For me it used to be that working longer was the answer to getting recognised, valued, promoted and paid more. I found this way is not always the right approach because at a point you start spinning your wheels.

Ask five people how many hours a week you work to see what answers they give you
